The rooms here are super cozy and come with a flat-screen TV 📺, a personal safe for your stuff, and a nice seating area to chill in. the staff is really helpful and friendly.

Breakfast was good, room was new-fashioned. So many choices for breakfast: cereals and eggs. Location really close to the mall, the Castillo, to Provencia, Parque Lleras and the center of town. Free parking on site provided.

They don'y honor the rates through Booked.net at checkout I had to literally fight with mgmt for the rates to be honored. They try to be slick at the last minute. I found that very unappealing.

This is serious, when I tried to modify a bopoking for march 2013 I couldnt change the booking, the Booked.net page said that the rooms were not available. This is untrue as I wa sreducing the length of my stay from 5 nights to 3, I had 3 rooms booked. I now realize the reason is, that estelar blue are not now including their breaklfast in the room rates and charging 20,000 pesos per person extra. This on top of the recent vat rise from 10 to 16% which is also not included has just priced this hotel out of the market. No more estelar for me im afraid. We liked the room ,the lightness,,,comfortable bed a good position,,above all the staff was un believeble friendly and helped us with every request.

We total didn,t like bathroom system,,the wash table in your sleeping room in a corner,,RIDICULOUS. I know this system only from very, very cheap and low level hotels.AlsoThe barthroom wich is nice and large but when you have to shower ,,one has to put everything on the ground,,shampo etc also ridiculous in such a nice big bathroom,,and totally not comfortable.The first day,, we hated this system so much,that we wanted to change the hotel,but all the other things and the rooms etc nice we dedided to stay.IN General barhroom and washtafel to few place to put you own things.

The units with balcony were a great feature. the breakfast was particularly good, offering cereals and eggs. - the location in a nice looking area was quiet and convenient, with shopping centers and a big shopping mall nearby.

The hotel personnel are very courteous and helpful.

Watch the extra charges! They even charged me for water they had placed by the bathroom sink! And I had a minibar charge for an item I did not consume. The much advertised room safe is also additional.

New hotel in nice, quiet neighbourhood, easy walk to "golden mile", 20 mins to Poblado metro or Zona Rosa, but it is uphill when returning. The rooms are of adequate size, nicely furnished, large flatscreen, in-roon safe and good bathroom, everything super clean. Staff very friendly and service inpeccable. Goof buffet breakfast served in modern restaurant with outside or inside tables.

We were allocated a room connected to another via door, which resulted poor noise insulation and limited privacy
